u9k Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the u9k platform (website and mobile app). By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

U9k may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be informed of any changes via email or in-app notification.

U9k is a fully licensed online betting platform. We are committed to providing users with a fair and transparent betting experience.

To open an account with u9k, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading details may result in account termination.

Information required for registration

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (may be required as proof)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• Payment method (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number)

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on u9k. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same name, identity, or device will result in all associated accounts being terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, u9k will verify your identity. You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID or passport. This is solely for your security.

The following conditions apply to determine eligibility to use u9k:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your country or region.
• If your location is on u9k's list of restricted countries, the service will not be available to you.
• If betting is affecting your mental or financial well-being, you should take a break — u9k is here to help.

Deposit

The minimum deposit at u9k is ৳100. Instant deposits are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no additional charges for deposits.

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon completion.
• The mobile number used to make a deposit must be the same number registered on the account.
• Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Winnings are typically credited to mobile banking within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

• Withdrawals are only processed to the registered mobile banking number on the account.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit may vary depending on account type.
• In cases of suspicious activity, u9k may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.

Once a bet is confirmed on u9k, it cannot be cancelled. Always review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where cash out is available).
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is confirmed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, u9k reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will be considered final.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. In some cases, due to network delays, the odds you intend to bet on may no longer be available. In that situation, u9k will prompt you to accept the updated odds.

U9k offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds can generally be withdrawn after being wagered 5x–10x.
• Bonuses may only be applicable to specific games or markets.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time frame — they will expire once the deadline passes.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Using fake accounts or someone else's identity to claim bonuses will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on u9k. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Match-Fixing Assistance: Knowingly placing bets on match-fixed events.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to extract guaranteed profits.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating an account under a false identity to obtain bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money.
• Hacking or use of scripts: Attempting to manipulate the platform in an abnormal manner.
• Stealing another user's account credentials: Any form of phishing or social engineering.

You can contact u9k at any time to close your account. Please withdraw any pending winnings before closing.

Reasons u9k May Close an Account

• Where a breach of the terms and conditions has been established.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Due to a court order or legal requirement.

If an account is closed, any legitimate balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, all bonus funds will be forfeited.

U9k places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. Betting is for entertainment, not as a source of income — that is our core principle.

• Bet Limit: Set your daily/weekly/monthly bet limits from Settings.
• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.

• If a bet is lost due to an internet disconnection.
• When delays are caused by third-party payment services.
• If the user shares their login credentials with another person.
• If services are suspended due to an unforeseen natural disaster or government directive.

In any dispute, u9k's decision shall be considered final. However, users may request a review by contacting the support team.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the option to close your account.
